Hey there! My name is Arlo. I’m the Youth and Family Initiatives Specialist at Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. I would like to learn more about other groups’ approaches to creating/implementing food systems curriculum for youth. Something about me is that I’m from Arizona and could talk about my complicated love for that state all day.

It’s a great privilege to be in this community.

I want to learn how I can help individuals with dietary restrictions overcome their challenges and possible recipes and diets I can adapt to manage people with celiac diseases.

I love learning new things.

Thanks for having me.

Hello, my name is Sandra Flores. I am located in Apple Valley, CA.

I would like to learn more ways on how to connect and keep participants engaged during direct nutrition education.

A fascinating fact that most people don’t know about me is that I went back to school about 4 years ago and hopefully by the end of 2025 I will be a BSW graduate! I’ll be 56 years old this year, never too late to continue your education.
