Hello! My name is Samantha Shady, signing on from Nevada City, California - Sierra Foothills! I am a WIC nutrition assistant, Health Technician, CLC and compassion fatique specialist. My speciality is trauma informed care - as such I am eager to learn from others how trauma is showing up in the field of nutrition. Something most people don’t know about me is that I am on a slow (but steady) journey of creating my own non-profit. I may be 70 years old by the time I am there, but at least it will happen! (I’m 47 now  )
