I thought this lesson was pretty sound and offered some and interesting information many may not know about planting from some root crops. I liked the PA activities for a younger audience (elementary ages). Middle or high schoolers may need a different type of PA that is more specific to muscle groups, or a type of activity such as power walking, or some the suggestions on exercise thumb balls such as knee lifts, etc. that can be done in place. I worry that the time allowed for preparing the recipe may be too short. [10/8/24]
