Facilitators can teach the 30-min lesson plan, and if they would like to include a food demo, pick a simple recipe in which most of the items are ready (e.g. have all but one of each vegetable pre-chopped, so that you can show the whole item and how to chop it without having to chop multiple pieces).
Alternatively, you can teach a 90-min lesson and split it up over two days. As always, be sure to check with your funder to verify if there are any specific workshop requirements.
