FSWR: Personal Reflection Activity

  1. I store vegetable scraps in the freezer and make a veggie broth out of them when i accumulate enough.
  2. I would like to try plastic bin or tumbler composting; whatever will work with my limited outdoor space. I plan on using the guide in this curriculum to get started
  1. I freeze chicken or beef broth for future use with leftovers veggies and enjoy a vegetable soup.
  2. Pay attention to food packaging to be place in the right bin.

    Use scraps as much as possible such as potato peels, stems, fruit skins for salads or zest.
